PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) for Gas Tranmission and Distrubution Branchline Batam to Singapore subsea gas pipelines project +/- 200 Km of 28” SAW pipes coated with the following coating system, Internal coats with 80 to 125 microns of COPON HW 2306HF solvent base epoxy paints, External with Polyethylene (PE) and 74 to 90 mm concrete coating thickness at 3040 Kg/m3 as applied density. Marubeni-Itochu for ExxonMobil Indonesia, 5.0 km of 16” x 0.344” wall thickness (stainless steel clad and carbon steel jacket) coated with 3.0 mm polypropylene coating thickness. PT JR McDermott Indonesia for CONOCO Belanak 24”/16” and 6” ± 100 km gas pipelines project during external coating with asphalt enamel, concrete weight, anode installation and internal coating (COPON HF epoxy).
